By booking or using services provided by Northwest Limousine & Party Bus (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations, regardless of booking method.
Reservations & Payments
A minimum 25% down payment is required at the time of booking for most reservations, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Remaining balances are due prior to or at the start of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All rates are subject to applicable taxes, gratuities, fuel surcharges, tolls, airport fees, and other applicable charges.
Prices provided online or by phone are estimates and may change based on final routing, service duration, waiting time, or other service details.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by service type and are presented and accepted at the time of booking.
Down payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Late cancellations, changes, or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.
Service Time & Additional Charges
Service time begins at the scheduled pickup or start time, not passenger arrival time.
Waiting time, additional stops, route changes, or delays caused by passengers, traffic, weather, or third-party events may result in additional charges.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with all applicable laws.
Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passenger conduct compromises safety, legality, or vehicle condition.
Vehicle Capacity & Safety
Passenger counts must not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle.
Seat belts must be worn where available.
Standing or unsafe movement while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited.
Delays & Force Majeure
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, airline operations, accidents, or events beyond its control.
Service will resume when safely possible; refunds are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Northwest Limousine & Party Bus is not liable for lost or stolen personal items, missed connections, or consequential or incidental damages.
To the extent permitted by law, maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service.
Reservation Agreements
These Terms & Conditions supplement any Reservation Agreement or Service-Specific Agreement accepted during booking.
In the event of a conflict, the accepted booking agreement shall govern.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
